In January, I was invited to Montreal, Canada to participate in a wonderful television show called EN DIRECT DE L’UNIVERS. The show, which has aired each week for the last seventeen years, is designed to spotlight an entertainer and surprise them with people who have impacted them throughout their lives. In this episode, the show was centered around a beautiful and talented actress named Marilyn Castonguay. I found out that Marilyn, in her youth, had entered a dance competition while dancing to my song ‘Me and My Bass Guitar.’ Guess what; She won!

So, as a surprise, the producers of the show secretly flew me to Montreal to surprise Marylin during the live broadcast. It was incredible!

The whole show was unbelievably cool. I was brought to tears by the love that filled the room all centered around this wonderful woman. I am forever grateful for having been a part of it.
